a. Payment and deposit of 15% of the total amount of the reservation by bank transfer or payment by card.

b. Cancellation of reservation within the last seven days before the occupation: no payment and deposit is returned.

c. Card payments are accepted.

d. Pets are not allowed in the farmhouse, so as not to create conflict with other customers.

e. Children are welcome. In the rooms children can stay as long as they are accompanied by an adult, and counting as an occupied place. We do not accept children in the parents’ room, in which case we recommend the apartment.

f. Breakfast time: 9:00 am to 10:00 am, but we also adapt to the schedules of the early risers and people who go out to do sports activities

g. Dinner time: 20: 30h-21h

h. The house does not offer lunch service, but picnics and lunch are prepared to order.

i. On the day of arrival, the entrance to the house is from 16:00. If it is earlier, we must notify and we can store our luggage.

j. Rooms must be vacated from 11:00 am on the days of your stay at the house to facilitate the cleaning service. On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated before 12:00 on time, in order to clean and allow new guests to enter.

k. Between 00:00 and 08:00 there must be silence, to respect the rest of all guests staying at the farmhouse.

l. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms, bathrooms and throughout the property.

m. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days. On the day of departure it will be checked that everything is there. If there are no household items, including sheets and towels, they must be paid for.

n. From October to June we only open from Thursday to Sunday, except for bridges, public holidays, etc. From June to September every day. We open for reservations of more than 2 rooms or groups.

o. Hosted children are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians, who must supervise them at all times.
